A King in a Court of Fools - Seventeen Cartoons

Seventeen Cartoons is this week's episode in a King in a Court of Fools. I had some fun with this one. Tom Ryan and the Caswell Gang has a few theories on that, and some other excitement you don't want to miss. Enjoy!
